- Wedding coordinator from Nova Wedding Planning to coordinate your day, for the duration of your wedding ceremony and throughout your reception until the first dance. Times to be agreed.
- Imparting valuable advice regarding the local area, etiquette and customs to help you make the most of your wedding experience.
- Providing advice on ensuring that you get the best possible deal from your chosen venue- working directly with them on menus, extras, drinks packages, table settings, etc.
- Recommending first- class suppliers, booking them on your behalf, dealing with the paperwork and arranging meetings with them when you are in Italy. i.e. hair & make-up, music etc.
- Arranging your cooking class, along with transportation.
- Creating wedding budgets, supplier contract sheets and a final document for your wedding day. This will be shared with all suppliers.
- Decoration of the venues, if materials are supplied by you.
- Follow up telephone calls to all contracted venues 1-2 weeks before the wedding day.
- A meeting when you arrive in Sorrento during the week of your wedding.
- Management of guest meal choices if required.
- Assistance with table plan if required.
- Assistance with organising transportation to and from the airport.
